When purchasing premade stream overlays & Twitch overlays from our GETREKT Elements store, we recommend creating an account.

Your account home page will contain your orders for immediate download should you lose your purchase email.

If you are using our GETREKT Labs custom stream overlays services - your project will be kept up to date in your account.

GETREKT stream overlays & Twitch overlays are created to be used with Streamlabs, StreamElements & OBS - & are suitable for Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Kick & major platforms.

We accept all major debit & credit cards including American Express, Via & Mastercard - plus PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

All of our GETREKT Elements stream overlays & stream overlay packages come with 1-click set-up for Streamlabs, StreamElements & OBS.

Elements - Can I cancel an order from the Elements store?+

Due to the nature of our Elements stream overlays & Twitch overlays being a direct digital download that is instantly available, you cannot cancel your order.

Cancellation is only accepted in very special circumstances, so please get in touch via email, Discord or social media.

Elements - Am I able to get a refund for Elements Store items?+

All our Elements store stream overlays & assets are digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, you are not entitled to a refund unless the product is faulty.

If this is the case, please get in touch via email, Discord or social media & the team will endeavour to resolve the issue.

Elements - I haven't received my downloads, what can I do?+

All of our Elements products are sent directly to you via email. On this email you will find your purchase(s) listed. Click the word "here" underneath the item(s) listed to download. If you did not receive your email, please check your spam and other inboxes.

If you purchased your Elements order via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay - please check the email you used to sign into that account as well.

If you created an account on the GETREKT website, please check your account homepage for your existing purchases, as they will be available as a direct download.

If you are unable to locate your download in any of these areas, please get in touch with the team via email, Discord or social media.

Elements - Do you take theme requests for Elements stream overlay packages?+

We do! We're always looking for fan favorites, so please head to our submission form to put forward your own!

Elements - Can I edit my Elements stream overlays?+

Many of our Elements stream overlays come with editable options, please check the specific product page for the options available to that product.

If you do not have Photoshop to edit PSDs with, there are free options out there that are compatible with the file type - such as GIMP & Photopea.

Elements - Which languages are supported for Elements store stream overlays?+

Our Elements stream overlays & Twitch overlays are created with English(US) as their primary language.

Please check the individual product pages to see the editable options. Due to the way they are created & the custom plugins used, some animated files will not be available for editing, so please check the pages before purchasing.

Elements - Can I ask you to make custom edits to my Elements store stream overlays?+

Our premade Elements store stream overlays & Twitch overlays are not something we offer custom edits to.

However all Elements products come with editable options listed on their product pages, & we provide guides in our Resources section of the website on how to edit these files.

Labs - How much does a custom stream overlays package cost?+

Every GETREKT Labs custom stream overlays project is different! Our work ranges from purpose built 3D environments & interactive Twitch scenes created in Unreal Engine, all the way through to hand illustrated animated Twitch emotes. This makes it very difficult to give a general price as every project is bespoke to the client

Labs - How long will I have to wait to start my custom stream overlays project?+

For our custom stream overlay projects, every project is different! So our project wait times are variable. However, you will be given a timeframe during your project booking process.

In general it can be anything from 8 to 16 weeks - we will make sure that the timeline is clear before you commit to booking!

Labs - How long will it take to complete my custom stream overlays project?+

The amount of time your Labs project for custom stream overlays takes to complete, depends on the items being designed & created by our design team.

Prior to confirming your booking, along with the timetable for a starting date, we will set expectations for how long the project will take to complete.

Labs - Can I cancel my Labs custom stream overlays project?+

Prior to confirming your booking - yes! If you decide not to go ahead & you have not paid your deposit for your custom stream overlays project with Labs, there will be no fee for cancellation.

If you have confirmed your booking & paid your deposit, your deposit is non refundable. This, along with our other terms, will be given to you on deposit request & are also available on our website here.
