Which platforms are supported?+

GETREKT products are optimise all major streaming services and are optimised for use in OBS, Streamlabs and Stream Elements.

How can I access my downloads?+

When you've completed your order with us, your download link will be emailed directly to you. In addition you'll always be able to access your download link via the "My Account" area.

How do I create an account?+

Create an account from the menu bar to get access to your order history and project progress. Sign up to our newsletter and get access to exclusive news and hear first about the latest stream upgrades available.

Can I ask for something specific for my Elements package?+

Sure! Submit your ideas to us and if there are enough requests we'll do our best to add the features you want to your favourite packs.

How can I pay for my stream packs?+

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard plus Paypal, Google Pay and Apple pay.

I'm having trouble setting up my designs, what can I do?+

Check out our full stream setup guide on our "Resources" page which will give you step by step instructions on how to get started with your upgrades. Still having issues? Am I able to get a refund?+

Due to the nature of digital product, you are not entitled to a refund unless the product is faulty. If that is the case, we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Can I Cancel an Order?+

We're afraid not. As we sell digital product only, cancellation is only accepted in exceptional cases. If you have any questions or need support you can reach us via social media or by joining our Discord.

How many creators have you worked with?+

We've upgraded the streams of over 400 content creators across the globe and with GETREKT Elements we're excited to see how many other creators we're able to support with professional designs.

What can I do if I don't need a full stream pack?+

You've got 2 options here. You can use our "Pack Builder" through GETREKT Elements which will allow you to choose any designs to create a theme unique to you. Looking for something more custom? Click start your project via GETREKT Labs to start your journey.

How do I become a GETREKT Partner?+

We don't currently have a partnership scheme but this is something that will be launching in 2022 so keep an eye on social media for our latest announcements.

How do I start a custom project?+

You can either plan your custom pack with us via the GETREKT Labs "Start Project" button or book a consultation call with one of our brand scientists.

What is a consultation call?+

In your consultation call, you'll spend 30 minutes with one of our brand scientists to discuss your project goals, our capabilities and help you to get the best result from your resources.

How long will I have to wait to start my project?+

Our project wait times are variable but can be between 8 - 16 weeks depending on our workload. We'll make sure you're aware of any wait times before you book with us.

How long will it take to complete my project?+

Every project is different and we'll set expectations with you at time of booking in terms of how long it's likely to take to deliver.
