We recently collaborated with Twitch & Samsung on a unique promotional campaign for the epic Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Featuring Japanese creator "VodkaVDK", we demonstrated the power of the Z Fold 6 with Genshin Impact gameplay & a range of device & in-game related challenges which unlocked wishes for Vodka. Allowing him to gain points in the penultimate Gacha opening segment before his final battle. Find out more below.

Branded Stream Overlays

To make sure the amazing Galaxy Z Fold got it's time in the sun & we had plenty of brand presence for Samsung, we created a full suite of stream assets for the production focusing on their hero product imagery.

We developed OBS scenes, a dynamic 3D scene transition & a variety of in game overlays to highlight Samsung's clean branding.

Amplified by Japanese creator VodkaVDK, we made sure this Genshin impact campaign was aesthetically pleasing as their new phone release, highlighting their recent developments with Galaxy AI.

With all new photography features, powerful gaming performance & extended battery life, the Galaxy Z Fold found it's home on Twitch.

Automated Popups

To make sure Samsung's core marketing messages were displayed throughout the stream, we developed a dashboard driven overlay system that allowed the production team to trigger animations at specific times within the broadcast.

With a clean & on brand animation, we were able to organically promote the Galaxy Z Fold througout the stream without impacting gameplay or the unique Genshin Impact challenge system.

Stream Integrations

Challenge System

Jyles Lulham & the team at Twitch APAC did a fantastic job of concepting a unique challenge system to not only showcase the Galaxy Z Fold's new features, but also the power of the phone in a gaming environment.

Using a variety of device and in-game based challenges, we deleloped an automated solution to deliver impactful challenge complete animations, with live score updates throughout the stream. Earning wishes, VodkaVDK would use them to unlock Gacha pack openings in a later segment of the stream, rewarding viewers with gifted subs.

Dynamic Overlays

In this segment of the production, VodkaVDK used his "Wishes" to unlock Gacha packs with points being awarded based on the rarity of the items.

As packs were opened, points were earned which were live tracked & displayed by a progress bar. As certain points thresholds were met, Gifted Subs were unlocked for his audience with 3D animations to signify each threshold being met.

This was all powered by our unique dashboard delivery system, allowing for semi-automated production & reducing the need for additional resources.

Semi-Automated Production

Production resource can come at a premium, so we've developed an easy way to deliver stream overlays at the click of a button. Track challenge completions, point allocations & trigger animations across multiple channels all in one place.

This custom dashboard allowed Jyles & his team to easily trigger challenge complete animations, automatically add up points totals & fire off marketing pop-ups & animations tied to the key campaign moments.

Using 1 browser source & our simple OBS setups & tutorials we were able to get VodkaVDK up and running in a matter of minutes.
